So happy to get this sweatshirt, I love it! Most grandmother name shirts only have choices like Nana or Gigi but I’m Mama Kim, so this was perfect. Super soft, fits great! I ordered a size up because I like an oversized look. I’ll definitely order from this shop again!

Everything about this transaction was absolutely perfect!! Customer service was like none I’ve ever experienced, she’s amazing!! Within 3 days from a late afternoon phone call for a custom order, a particular sweatshirt she didn’t even have on hand, she went out and got the color I needed, completed the order and had it at UPS 2-3 hrs after I placed the order. It was a gift for my granddaughter and she made absolutely sure I received it before Christmas. She’s earned my business for sure!!
