Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Right now, The Print Genies work their magic all across the USA! We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping isn’t available just yet — but who knows what spells the future may hold?

How long does shipping take?

Most of our magical creations ship within 5–7 business days. If you’re ordering something personalized, be sure to check the product listing — it’ll have the details if a little extra time is needed to make it just right. Good things take time (but not too much)!

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order hits the road, you’ll get a tracking number delivered straight to your inbox. Just click the link in your email, and you can follow your package’s journey—magic carpet not included. 🧞‍♂️📦

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Uh-oh! If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us ASAP. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to reroute it — but if we catch it in time, we’ll happily fix it for you.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We hope you absolutely love your item — each one is made with care and a sprinkle of genie magic just for you!

Because custom and personalized items are made to order, they’re non-refundable.

However, if your item arrives with a defect or an error, please reach out within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll be happy to make it right with an exchange or refund.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return is received and approved, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way — and promise to handle things as quickly (and kindly) as possible!

Can I exchange for a different item?

Since most of our items are made to order (especially the personalized ones!), we’re not able to offer exchanges for different products or designs. That said, if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days — we’ll always do our best to make it right!

Do you take custom orders or special requests?

We sure do! If you have an idea or want something a little more personal than what you see in the shop, just reach out. We love creating one-of-a-kind pieces with you.

What kind of materials do you use?

Quality is our thing. Every item is made with carefully selected materials — whether it’s premium paper, vibrant inks, or durable finishes. We aim to make every piece something you’ll love for the long haul.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes! If you're ordering in bulk (like for an event, business, or group), shoot us a message. We’d be happy to chat about special pricing and options.

Can I see a proof before you print?

For most personalized items, yes! We’ll send you a digital proof for approval before printing begins, if this is specified in the listing. Keep an eye on your inbox — we’ll need your okay before we work our magic.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Yes! If you're sending a gift, let us know at checkout. We’re happy to include a handwritten note and wrap it up with a little extra charm — just like a present should be!
